We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a high-performing Client Success Manager. You will own the client relationship, ensuring every deliverable is met on time and every client communication is handled with professional urgency. • Synchronous Work Hours: This role operates on a strict schedule of 7:00 am 4:00 pm MST. You must be present, active, and responsive during these hours.
• Professional Environment: You must have a dedicated, quiet home office free of background noise and distractions during business hours.
• Accountability: We operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team. You are expected to be available for team meetings, project updates, and client calls throughout the designated shift.

What You'll Do

• Client Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Manage the relationship from onboarding through renewal with a focus on retention.
• Proactive Communication: Lead monthly performance calls and provide regular, data-backed email updates. Translate technical SEO/marketing metrics into actionable insights for the client.
• Operational Execution: Collaborate daily with our SEO, content, and web development teams. You are responsible for ensuring deliverables are executed on time and tracking the performance of every campaign.
• Data Integrity: Monitor lead and call tracking data to prove ROI. Maintain impeccable records, notes, and task lists in our CRM.
• Growth Mindset: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that genuinely align with client goals. What We're Looking For
• Experience: 2+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing.
• Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills. You don't wait for updates; you provide them.
• Discipline: Proven ability to thrive in a remote setting without supervision. You are a self-starter who hits deadlines consistently.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting reports and explaining data clearly to clients.
• Tech-Savvy: Expert proficiency with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools. What We Offer
