Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Appointment Setter to join our growing team in Savage, MD. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on outbound calling and setting qualified appointments for our sales representatives.

Responsibilities

:

• Make high-volume outbound calls using provided sales scripts
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and schedule appointments
• Handle objections effectively and maintain a professional approach
• Accurately document calls and appointments
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals

Requirements

:

• Outbound calling experience is required
• Background in sales, collections, telemarketing, or call center work preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, competitive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Compensation

:

• $50,000 $60,000/year
