Full description of the position

Atomic Promotions is expanding its sales and development team and looking for a Full Time Verizon Associate. You'll introduce customers to Fios, guide them through easy sales conversations, and help them choose the right connectivity plan. If you're looking to sharpen your sales instincts, this Verizon Associate position is the perfect role for you. As a Verizon Associate, you serve as an advocate for Verizon, meeting customers directly to discuss their connectivity. You will use a professional approach to handle the entire sales process for home internet. Success comes down to the Verizon Associate's ability to turn a standard sales conversation into a successful upgrade to Verizon Fios through dedicated sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to identify their priorities and match them with Verizon Fios solutions.
  • Present Verizon Fios's offerings in a way that emphasizes speed, reliability, and the best-in-class customer experience.
  • Overcome objections by showcasing the advantages of Verizon Fios, such as its 100% fiber-optic network and award-winning service.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to streamline the sales process and provide a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Check in with customers post-installation to ensure they're enjoying their Verizon Fios service and address any additional needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies that drive sales success and enhance the customer experience with Verizon Fios.
Qualifications
