Overview

To further support our Nantucket branch, Plumbers' Supply Company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join the local leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with contractors and trade professionals. If you have a background in Plumbing, HVAC, or wholesale distribution and enjoy a team in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a high-demand market.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily counter and phone sales operations
• Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, contractors, and repeat customers
• Provide product expertise in plumbing, heating, and hydronic systems
• Manage quoting, order entry, pricing, and follow-up
• Partner with leadership to drive branch growth
• Monitor performance metrics and improve sales effectiveness
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution
• Support overall branch operations as needed What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of inside sales experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or wholesale distribution
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong product knowledge in plumbing and heating systems
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage customer relationships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

range is indicative of and inclusive of a total compensation package that could include a combination of base salary, housing assistance and placement, and performance based bonuses.
