What You'll Do

As a Sales Athlete, you'll be the face of Diamond Elite Roofing in local communities. You'll work directly with homeowners, inspect properties, educate customers, and help families navigate the roofing restoration and retails sales process. Your responsibilities include:

• Meet homeowners in neighborhoods affected by storms or in need of a new roof
• Conduct basic roof and exterior inspections
• Generate leads and appointments
• Educate homeowners on both new retail roof option as well as insurance restoration options
• Build relationships with customers and referral partners
• Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline
• Participate in daily training and team meetings
• Represent the Diamond Elite Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity No previous roofing experience is necessary. Our training program teaches you everything you need to succeed.

Requirements

: -Liability and workman's compensation insurance required -Vehicle and valid drivers license - Salesman license a plus, not required to start will need to obtain within 6 months of start date, will reimburse testing fee if obtained. - Will need to obtain required equipment to perform work as a 1099 contractor. Ex: ladders, roofing boots. (Adjust wording as you see fit). I want people to know we are not buying their tools, etc. that is their responsibility.
