We're a small, family-owned team with big dreams, and we're looking for a Sales Assistant to work hand-in-hand with our installers, dazzling clients and helping us grow into Sarasota's brightest lighting empire! • Your earning potential is high, with a base salary of $36k - $48k that can grow to $75k - $105k with commissions. In this role, you can earn a 5-7% commission on new sales, with additional bonuses for hitting your goals.

What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners, businesses, HOAs, and more to sell our permanent landscaping and holiday lighting services-think creating twinkling wonderlands!
• Work closely with our bilingual lead installer to ensure seamless project handoffs, from sales pitch to installation.
• Build relationships, follow up on leads, and generate your own through networking, referrals, and community events (we'll support you with leads too!).
• Use your charm to explain lighting designs and close deals, making clients' dreams glow.
• Drive to client sites in a company vehicle-no wear and tear on your own ride!
• Heads-Up: Some evenings and weekends may be needed to meet clients and seal the deal, but we balance it with paid vacation and holidays to keep you refreshed. What We're Looking For in Our Next Sales Star: Must-Haves to Sparkle:
• Proven track record in sales
• Clean driving record and insurable (you'll drive our company vehicle -- safety first!).
• Pass a drug test and clear criminal background check (we work near schools, so trustworthiness is a must).
• Great communication and people skills to win over clients and collaborate with our installers.
• Bonus Points for Extra Shine:
• Experience reading blueprints or working with installers? You're a gem!
• Existing network in Sarasota or home services sales? Let's talk growth!
• Comfortable with tech (like CRMs) to track leads and sales? Even better!
