What You'll Do

This is an in-person residential sales position where you'll represent our company in local communities within approximately 20 to 30 minutes of your assigned office.

• Connect with homeowners to identify potential roofing or exterior remodeling needs.
• Schedule inspections and help customers understand available solutions.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and weekly development meetings.
• Build communication, sales, and leadership skills through consistent field experience.

Compensation

& Growth Your compensation includes a guaranteed base pay plus performance bonuses and uncapped commission. Consistent team members commonly earn $75,000 to $100,000+ annually , with top performers exceeding that range as they develop their skills and production.
