Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position that offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales support, and brand promotion. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and are looking to develop professional communication and marketing skills, we'd love to meet you. This role is conducted entirely on-site and involves face-to-face interactions with customers at retail locations and promotional events. No prior experience is requiredwe provide paid training for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Represent client products and services through face-to-face interactions with customers at assigned retail locations and promotional events
• Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and excellent customer service
• Assist with sales and customer acquisition efforts by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions
• Support the setup and execution of in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively during all customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable engaging with customers in person throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
