Duties

• Actively pursue new client opportunities through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and social media campaigns.
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate life insurance policies.
• Negotiate terms and coverage options to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration.
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients and expand your customer base.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining policy details, and maintaining ongoing relationships. Experience
• A positive attitude, with a drive to take control of your future, and commitment are the top three attributes needed.
• It would be nice if you had proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales environments, but we are willing to teach you.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Experience in social media campaigns is a plus, along with knowledge of HIPAA regulations for sensitive information handling.
• Strong organizational skills related to sales administration and benefits management.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for helping clients achieve financial security. Education
• A minimum of a high school diploma is needed. Licensure
• If you have a Life license, that would be great.
• We will assist you in preparing for your license. Pay: $60,895.45 - $73,336.45 per year
