Through sales coaching and real-world practice, the Sales Crew Member masters the art of guiding conversations, ensuring every sales interaction is personal and impactful for our customers.

Responsibilities

of the Sales Crew Member

• Provide attentive Verizon Fios customer support by matching household needs with appropriate high-speed internet and entertainment services.
• Excel at building quick rapport during customer engagements to effectively sell Verizon Fios residential solutions.
• Contribute to strong sales performance by following up on opportunities and helping customers complete Verizon Fios purchases.
• Focus on delivering value through personalized sales recommendations of Verizon Fios fiber, TV, and phone services.
• Participate in daily sales activities to help expand Verizon Fios's presence in Fairfax.
• Build a solid foundation in sales as a Sales Crew Member by learning from experience and seeking continuous feedback.

Qualifications

of the Sales Crew Member

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus; no prior experience needed.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company structure.
• Ability to answer questions and provide clear product or service explanations. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
