Miracle Movers is a local, family-owned, full-service moving company specializing in professional moving, packing, and storage services. We handle local, long-distance, and commercial relocations, and we're growing! We are currently accepting applications for a Sales Consultant - Relocation Specialist to join our Raleigh, NC location. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, sales drive, and a passion for helping people during one of life's biggest transitions.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Answering incoming calls and assist potential customers
• Respond promptly to leads from multiple channels
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
• Input customer information into moving software
• Prepare and deliver on-site estimates
• Follow up with all clients to ensure satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with Realtors in our market areas
• Resolve customer concerns or issues with professionalism
• Actively participate in sales, marketing, and networking activities
• Submit estimates daily and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to build relationships and foster trust with clients
