Requirements

: 3+ years of combined loan sales, debt settlement or mortgage origination experience or strong sales background. Sales Background is a must. Loan Officers origination background with minimum 2 years+ experience is a PLUS. OR Loss Mitigation "Sales" Specialists with 2 yr Minimum experience or, OR Debt Settlement "Sales" Agents with 2 yr minimum experience. For Loan Originator State Mortgage Originator License and preferably an NMLS Registration. Strong organizational, time management as well as written and verbal communication skills.
