About the Position We are looking for an exceptional Studio Manager to help lead the business side of our growing ballroom dance studio. This is not a front desk or administrative position. We are seeking someone who is passionate about ballroom dancing, enjoys building relationships, loves helping people succeed, and is genuinely invested in the continued growth and success of the studio. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, business-minded, and motivated to increase student enrollment, strengthen our dance community, and contribute to the studio's long-term success. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys growing a business, building a thriving dance community, and introducing new people to the joy of ballroom dancing. If you enjoy connecting with people, developing creative marketing initiatives, organizing memorable events, driving sales, and making a meaningful impact on a growing studio, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day business operations of the studio while working closely with the owners to support its continued growth.
• Drive student enrollment, retention, and revenue growth.
• Convert inquiries into active students through consultations, relationship building, and consistent follow-up.
• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Organize and promote showcases, workshops, social events, and special studio programs.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for every student from the first inquiry through long-term membership.
• Support instructors by maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Monitor studio performance and identify opportunities to improve operations and increase revenue.
• Recommend and implement initiatives that contribute to the continued growth and success of the studio.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience managing or growing a customer-focused business.
• A proven background in sales, business development, customer relationship management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
• A positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic.
• A genuine passion for ballroom dancing and an appreciation for the culture of a dance studio.
• The ability to build lasting relationships with students and foster a welcoming, energetic community. Experience in ballroom dance, performing arts, fitness, hospitality, luxury services, or another relationship-driven business is highly desirable. What We Offer
