Territory Manager (Outside Sales experience required) Cardinal Building Materials is seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Territory Manager to join our growing team in Springfield, IL. As a Territory Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence throughout the market by developing lasting relationships with remodelers, builders, subcontractors, architects, and other industry professionals. You'll maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities that help drive our continued success. Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while providing exceptional service and support. - Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building. - Present Cardinal Building Materials' products and solutions to prospective customers (no prior product knowledge requiredwe'll provide the training). - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by answering product questions, providing order updates, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. - Monitor customer activity, identify sales trends, and proactively respond to changes or opportunities within your territory. - Represent Cardinal Building Materials professionally while serving as the "eyes and ears" of the company in the marketplace. - Collaborate with internal team members to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently.
