Retail Sales Specialist (Technology & Services) Location: 29 E Padonia Rd, Timonium MD, 21093 Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours | Weekday and Weekend Shifts | All day shifts - no late nights

What This Role Is About Retail Sales Specialists:
• Engage customers and uncover real needs
• Recommend products and services that solve real problems
• Coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions
• Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout
• Work closely with Repair Technicians to ensure seamless service
• Contribute to daily store performance and team success
• Support store opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned This role combines customer interaction, product knowledge, sales development, and trusted store responsibility in a structured environment. Pay & Earning Potential
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
• Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts
• Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small products
• 1+ years of customer service, retail, or hands-on work experience preferred
