IAD AUTO INC , an independent and established auto dealership serving the Washington DC area for over 35 years, is seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager to join our high-performing team. With two thriving locations, over 300 vehicles in inventory, and a full- service center staffed by top-tier technicians, we're looking for a dynamic leader to help us continue to grow and innovate.

What You'll Do

:

• Lead and manage the used car department, including inventory strategy.
• Develop actionable plans to grow sales and maximize profitability.
• Accurately appraise trade-ins and manage pricing based on market data.
• Oversee the reconditioning process to ensure high vehicle standards.
• Build strong relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and inventory sources.
• Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed goals.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategy as needed.
• Ensure all processes meet dealership policies and compliance standards.

What You Bring

• Proven automotive sales and management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Advanced pricing and appraisal knowledge.
• Familiarity with DealerTrack , Arkona DMS , VAuto , and Elead CRM (Huge Plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
