Responsibilities

:

• Be the point of contact for customers and business owners providing clear and professional support during sales orders
• Handle direct customer interactions face-to-face to assist with account updates, service questions, and general inquiries on products
• Clearly explain available products and services in a way that is easy for customers to understand and feel confident in their decisions
• Identify customer needs through conversation and provide appropriate solutions or next steps during sales orders
