As an Entry Level AT&T; Representative, you'll engage directly with business owners and customers throughout the Baltimore market face to face, identify opportunities to grow AT&T;'s customer base, and provide tailored telecommunications solutions. This Entry Level AT&T; Representative role offers development in B2B sales, relationship management, and customer acquisition while representing one of the nation's leading technology brands.

Responsibilities

:

• Meet face-to-face with local businesses and customers throughout the Baltimore area to introduce AT&T; business solutions.
• Build relationships with business owners and customers through direct outreach.
• Learn each customer's needs and recommend wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that fit their business.
• Process all sales orders for business and customers, staying connected until the service or product is delivered and activated
• Present promotions, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Stay current on AT&T; products, promotions, and new upgrades.
• Track daily activity and consistently work toward individual and team sales objectives.
