Inside Sales Associate Are you a proven closer who is ready to take your next BIG step? Have you worked in car sales, time share sales, insurance sales, retail sales or any other type of commission based position? Keep reading! We buy and sell real estate assets throughout Maryland, without seeing most of them in person. We utilize technology to buy in an unconventional way, and most importantly we buy them at deep discounts! If you have ever watched YouTube videos about real estate investment or HGTV flipping shows then you may be familiar with what we do. If you are goal oriented and able to perform our proven sales process, $100,000 or more is possible inside the first 12 months working from our office in Timonium, MD! We supply the leads, and you need to connect the dots. Are you up for it? If so please read on... We are seeking a new member of our team who will be working within our acquisitions department. It's important that our next team member be someone who is: -A great communicator, posses (clear, and happy!) -Has a positive CAN DO attitude! -Honest and hardworking! -Passionate about setting and achieving goals! (or you at least want to learn how to!)

Responsibilities

:

• Ability to call leads, and build rapport quickly!
• Ability to Manage pipeline of leads and follow up with clients effectively
• Complete due diligence /prep/research drive comps before showing up to get sense of neighborhood
• Share comps and neighborhood sale details with client to show property value before and after enhancement
• Always put the client's needs first
• Identify time limitations of sale or move
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities and to propose solutions to suit them
• Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
• Must be ambitious! We're looking for a real Go-Getter who wants to serve and add value
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line

Requirements

:

• Minimum of 1 year in a direct sales or account management with commission pay plan
• (Real Estate knowledge a bonus but not necessary if you have sales experience) What we offer- We supply leads of sellers and houses to buy! Compensation

- You get paid 3 ways! -Base salary of $2,000 per month guaranteed -Signing bonus of $100 for each executed purchase contract (we average 3-6 per week) -Plus commissions on each sale!
