Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell vehicles and related products to prospective and existing customers
• Conduct needs assessments and cost-benefit analyses to match customers with the right solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with customer leads (including phone and outbound calls)
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to maximize satisfaction
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Collaborate with sales managers and team members
• Track customer activity and maintain accurate sales reports
• Stay current on sales techniques, promotions, and industry best practices
• Continuously improve through coaching and feedback

Qualifications

& Skills

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer programs (MS Office)
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
