What You'll Do

as a Wireless Sales Representative

• Meet with business owners and customers directly to understand their needs and provide personalized telecommunication recommendations.
• Educate customers on AT&T; wireless products, devices, and service plans.
• Assist customers with new account activations, daily sales orders, upgrades, and service options.
• Build lasting relationships by providing an exceptional customer experience and future referrals.
• Support daily sales initiatives for the company while working closely with your team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales transactions, delivery and activations.
• Stay current on AT&T; products, promotions, and industry updates to better serve every customer. What We're Looking For in a Wireless Sales Representative
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or related role is a bonus
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to stay motivated in a performance-based environment.
• Confidence presenting products and services to business owners in face-to-face interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
