Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty Producer license. Proven track record of success in insurance sales and leadership. Demonstrated ability to build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Deep understanding of the local Maryland insurance market and regulatory landscape. Strong organizational skills and experience managing agency operations or budgets. Professional certification or designation such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire our sales team to reach individual and collective production goals through consistent coaching. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that broaden our reach across Annapolis and surrounding areas. Manage daily agency operations to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service delivery to our clients. Oversee recruiting and onboarding efforts to attract top-tier talent who align with our agency culture. Monitor key performance metrics and adjust tactics to maintain profitability and sustainable growth. Foster a positive, collaborative workspace where every team member feels supported and empowered to succeed.
