Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
• Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients on current industry trends
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively to secure favorable terms for clients
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions including coordinating with other professionals such as inspectors and lenders
• Build strong client rapport through personalized communication, ensuring excellent customer service at every touchpoint
• Utilize sales technology adoption tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to streamline client interactions and track progress
• Develop innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels to attract potential buyers and sellers, increasing property visibility and engagement
• Host open houses on weekends
• Call potential prospects
• Attend weekly virtual trainings

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the industry
• Strong self drive and ambition
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on real estate offer negotiation and deal closing techniques
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse client needs
• Ability to analyze the local real estate market effectively and stay updated on industry trends
• Organizational skills with experience managing and tracking client status's
• Customer service orientation with a talent for practicing real estate ethically while building client trust
