Qualifications

:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years successful automotive sales experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets, preferred
• Experience with VinSolutions and DealerTrack are preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Must be able to maintain robust customer service and follow-up skills.
• Must have competent computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process, including financing options.
• Conduct thorough vehicle walk-around presentations and facilitate test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Offer comprehensive explanations of financing options, aftermarket products, and extended service contracts to customers.
• Prepare and manage all sales-related paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quick and smooth transactions.
• Collaborate closely with our finance team, lenders, and customers to secure favorable financing terms.
• Maintain a professional appearance and set an example for the sales team through daily actions.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively planning, setting goals, analyzing performance data, and forecasting future sales.
• Contribute to a positive work environment that promotes high morale and team success.
• Must be able to desk deals, work with finance manager .
