Requirements

):

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc. What We're Looking For (Preferred Skills & Experience):

• Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools (CRM systems, data entry, web browsers, etc.) Work Schedule Availability: This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. Standard Call Center Operating Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 11:00 PM Saturday, 8:30 AM 8:00 PM Sunday, 9:00 AM 7:00 PM Paid Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks): To set you up for success, all new Lead Generation Representatives must attend and complete a mandatory twoweek PAID training program before starting their regular working schedule. Starting July 27th Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
