• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales department
• Consult customers to identify their needs, provide options, and deliver a great customer experience
• Communicate with customers regarding time expectations, updates, questions, etc.
• Provide customers with a high-level hospitality experience while simultaneously driving sales and building customer trust
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
• Foster high customer satisfaction rates, encouraging referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with management team to track sales performance and achieve sales objectives QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of minimum Sales Management experience required
• Prior experience leading a team and/or managing an Automotive Sales department is a huge plus
• Solid understanding of automotive systems, including parts, tools, and services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks
