Overview

Role is 30 hours between 8 to 5 weekdays, with more hours possible depending on business and learning, as well as eventually Saturdays (9 to 1) when overtime can be possible. The role also has a monthly bonus for hitting targets and performing duties well. Join our dynamic team as a Metal Sales, Customer Service! In this energetic role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our metal products, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring timely delivery to our valued clients. Duties

• Assist customers in selecting the right metal products, providing product knowledge and upselling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
• Process sales transactions accurately using pricing knowledge and POS systems, ensuring clear communication of costs and options
• Prepare and organize merchandise for delivery, including heavy lifting and proper merchandising techniques to ensure safe transport
• Answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the process
• Maintain organized records of sales, deliveries, route logs, and inventory levels for efficient operations
• Ability to learn new tasks, such as using a plasma table a d metal brake. Experience
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment
• Strong math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; physical stamina is essential
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers confidently and professionally
• Organizational skills to manage deliveries, route planning, and merchandising tasks effectively
