Milestone Hose and Fittings is seeking a motivated and result-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for cultivating lasting client relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities, and delivering consistent growth across your designated territory. This is a dynamic position ideal for a self-starter who thrives on meeting goals and building value-driven partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Identify and target potential customers through cold calls, networking, trade shows, and referrals..
• Communicate product knowledge to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, follow-up, and technical support.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with inside sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage sales orders using company CRM tools.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Experience in outside or industrial sales; hose and fittings or fluid transfer experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
