We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing staffing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, visiting clients, and driving new business while still having the flexibility of hybrid work.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow client relationships across Columbus
• Visit client job sites and offices to understand hiring needs
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate service agreements
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
• Partner closely with our recruiting team to deliver staffing solutions
• Maintain weekly field activity and sales goals What We're Looking For
• Experience in outside sales, business development, oraccount management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation for client visits
• Staffing industry experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer
