What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to achieve individual goals while driving overall team success.
• Monitor daily performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching strategies to improve results.
• Train and mentor new hires on customer engagement, product knowledge, sales techniques, and company processes.
• Support customer interactions by resolving concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Review performance metrics to identify trends, recognize achievements, and develop action plans for continued growth.
• Partner with leadership to execute strategies that strengthen team productivity, accountability, and overall performance.
• Stay up to date on Verizon products, promotions, and industry developments to effectively support and develop the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous leadership, sales, or team management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
