We're looking for a highly motivated and tech savvy individual to provide inside sales and order processing support for our Shower Door Program.

Position Summary

: The Inside Sales & Shower Door Coordinator is responsible for driving revenue and managing shower door projects from inception to completion. This role serves as the central hub for converting leads into customers and coordinating between installers and customers to ensure timely scheduling, accurate order processing, and a high-quality project experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead Conversion & Quoting: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries; provide initial project estimates and convert prospects into scheduled measurement appointments.
• Sales & Consultation: Educate customers on glass thickness, hardware finishes, and protective coatings to provide tailored solutions and upsell premium options.
• Project Coordination: communicate clearly with field installers regarding job details and availability.
• Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on pending quotes to overcome objections, secure approvals, and meet monthly volume goals.
• Customer Experience: Maintain accurate records of all communications; proactively update customers on order status, delays, or changes.
• Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts, order discrepancies, and customer concerns to ensure 10-star service.
• Administrative Support: Verify job completion and assist with documentation for billing, closeout, and internal reporting.

Qualifications

:

• Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to "close" by turning inquiries into booked jobs; experience in inside sales or retail sales preferred.
• Construction Knowledge: Experience in construction coordination, glass/glazing, or remodeling is a plus.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details simply.
• Organization: Ability to manage a high volume of projects and deadlines simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office systems, CRM, or scheduling software, Google Sheets and Docs. Key Competencies:
