No sales. No on-call. No emergency service calls. No nights. No weekends. We're hiring a Maryland Licensed HVAC Journeyman to lead residential system replacements and full HVAC installations.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC replacements and full system installations
• Install furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, and water heaters
• Complete ductwork modifications and refrigerant piping installations
• Perform system start-up, commissioning, and testing
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and scopes of work
• Braze copper and work with ProPress and ZoomLock fittings
• Deliver clean, professional workmanship that meets code requirements

Requirements

• Active Maryland HVAC Journeyman License
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other installation environments
• Ownership of standard HVAC hand tools Preferred
• Maryland Gasfitter Journeyman License
• Service and diagnostic experience Schedule
• Monday Friday
• 7:00 AM to ~ 3/4:00 PM
• No on-call | No nights | No weekends
