Latino Builders Show and Latino Pro Night are a growing platform that connects Latino contractors and construction professionals with leading brands, education, and opportunities, including a national trade show at the Baltimore Convention Center and networking events across the country. We're building something with real impact for our community, and we're looking for a driven salesperson to help us grow. About the role We're hiring a Sales Coordinator to sell exhibitor space and sponsorships and to keep our sales process organized. This is a hybrid role: you'll both sell (prospect and close) and coordinate (own the pipeline, follow up, and keep the sales team on track). You'll report to our Director of Sales & Sponsorships. What you'll do

• Prospect and generate leads for exhibitor booths and sponsorships.
• Own the sales pipeline in our CRM: log every lead, task, and follow-up.
• Run deals end to end: outreach, proposals, follow-up, and closing.
• Present our brand and value to contractors, brands, and sponsors.
• Coordinate onboarding of exhibitors with our finance and support team.
• Help keep the sales team organized and report weekly progress.
• Represent us professionally at events. What we're looking for
• 2+ years of sales experience (B2B, events, sponsorships, media, or construction a plus).
• Bilingual English/Spanish, you'll sell in both.
• Comfortable with a base + commission model and motivated by results.
• Organized, self-driven, and great at follow-up; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable and able to travel to events (e.g., Baltimore) when needed.
• Knowledge of the construction industry or Latino contractor community is a big plus.

Compensation

& terms

• 1099 independent contractor (you handle your own taxes and tools).
