Duties

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
• Conduct high-end automobile sales by presenting features, benefits, and financing options tailored to customer needs.
• Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to keep vehicle listings accurate and appealing.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress efficiently.
• Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, and maintenance packages to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to boost dealership visibility. Skills
• Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B (business-to-business) transactions.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive relationships.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing a robust sales pipeline and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
• Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems is essential.
• Outstanding communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities, to effectively engage clients.
• Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling combined with inbound customer support strategies.
• Experience in dealership operations, inventory control, retail math, and automotive marketing is preferred.
