Responsibilities

• Help families protect what matters most with Life Insurance plans
• Follow our Proven System to move into leadership within 90180 days
• Conduct in-person client appointments (leads provided)
• Work directly with agency leadership to develop personal and team production goals
• Attend training calls and team meetings (virtual & local)
• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and build relationships.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client expectations while aligning with company guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, answering questions, and providing ongoing support to clients. • Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one we help with licensing)
• Sales History
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Desire to make an impact helping families and building a team Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
