We are looking for full-time Sales Assistant / Inventory Control Representative at a global company in Plain City, OH.

Responsibilities

- Sales Assistant / Inventory Control Representative

• Maintain the relationship with existing clients' accounts
• Support clients to develop and strengthen customer accounts in the Manufacturing Industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and service
• Provide quotes and process orders
• Handle on-site inventory checks at customer locations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Sales Assistant / Inventory Control Representative

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, and related field
• At least 2-5 years of inside sales/ account management experience in preferably manufacturing industries.
• Japanese language skills are plus
• Proficient using MS Office Suite and SAP ERP software.
• Great communication skills
• Able to work independently under minimum supervisior
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 15 pounds, lift in excess of 15 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
