Who We're Looking For

• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role preferred (mattress industry experience is a plus).
• At least 23 years of sales experience , preferably in the mattress industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with strong attention to detail.
• Experience leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong interest in understanding customer needs, sleep habits, and lifestyle factors to recommend the right products

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills, high sense of responsibility, and big-picture thinking.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand and assist customers for extended periods
• Comfortable using technology (tablets, CRM systems, scheduling tools)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and KPIs, and take action to improve results.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper inventory management and stock availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a professional manner.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and sales strategies.

: Hourly base + commission + bonuses
