Overview

This is a dual-role position combining home energy auditing and consultative sales. You will evaluate homes, model findings in Beacon, educate homeowners, and close projects. You are responsible for both identifying solutions and converting them into signed contracts. This is a high-responsibility, high-opportunity position.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home energy audits
• Conduct blower door and diagnostic testing
• Model homes in Beacon software
• Identify insulation and air sealing opportunities
• Clearly present solutions and pricing to homeowners
• Close projects during or after consultation
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Follow rebate and utility program requirements
• Attend weekly performance meetings and role play

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Confident presenter
• Detail-oriented and technical mindset
• Comfortable discussing pricing
• Coachable and competitive
• BPI Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license

Compensation

• Base + commission - 100,000 with unlimited potential
