In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance options, providing expert advice, and ensuring they receive the best coverage tailored to their needs. Duties

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers on behalf of clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding policy changes, claims, and renewals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products to effectively advise clients.
• Assist in sales administration tasks to ensure smooth operations within the brokerage.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus.
• Multilingual or capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in customer service practices to foster positive client relationships.
• A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
