Company Overview

MARS Roofing is seeking a driven, hands-on leader to oversee and grow our canvassing and lead generation operations throughout Maryland and Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing door-to-door marketing teams, appointment generation, and field performance in a fast- paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate understands how to recruit, train, motivate, and hold teams accountable while driving consistent lead flow and improving overall performance. This is not a desk-management role we are looking for a leader who is comfortable in the field, involved with the team, and focused on execution, accountability, and growth.

Compensation

• $70,000$75,000 Base Salary
• Monthly Performance Incentives
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
• Top performers can exceed $100,000+ total compensation

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage canvassing team members and team leads
• Improve lead generation performance and appointment quality
• Monitor KPIs including issued leads, sit rates, and team productivity
• Conduct field ride-alongs and in-person coaching
• Assist with territory planning and canvassing strategy
• Collaborate with leadership to improve lead conversion and operational performance
• Help oversee appointment-setting processes and call center coordination
• Maintain accountability, discipline, and team standards
• Create a competitive, energetic, and performance-driven culture

Qualifications

• Experience managing canvassing, door-to-door, or direct marketing teams
• Strong leadership and accountability skills
• Experience recruiting and training field teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Strong communication and coaching ability
• Home services, roofing, solar, telecom, or direct sales experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
