Steadfast Home Buyers Jackson, TN Full-Time | In-Person | Performance-Based This is not a traditional real estate job. This is a disciplined, KPI-driven sales role inside a structured real estate investment company. We closed 60+ transactions last year and are scaling aggressively. We are looking for a competitive, performance-minded closer who wants to build a six- figure career inside a high-accountability environment. • Converting inbound seller leads into signed contracts
• Managing follow-up pipelines daily
• Making high-volume outbound calls
• Negotiating directly with property owners
• Submitting daily KPIs (dials, process calls, offers, contracts)
• Hitting weekly production targets
• Responding quickly to new opportunities (including weekends when required) We invest heavily in marketing. Protecting those opportunities is part of your responsibility.

Compensation

Structure

• $3,000/month base salary
• Tiered commission based on gross profit generated
• Clear path to $120,000$150,000+ annually
