What You'll Do

: Business Development

• Identify and pursue new commercial project opportunities
• Develop relationships through networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity Solution Development
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and existing systems
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop tailored solutions
• Create project scopes and technical concepts Proposal & Sales Execution
• Prepare and present professional proposals and cost estimates
• Address client questions and guide them through the decision process
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Close deals and secure new business Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients
• Ensure smooth handoff to operations teams after project award
• Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical sales, or project management
• Proven success in selling renovation, design-build, or equipment replacement projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
