We are looking for an experienced Optical Sales Associate to join our family operated Optical retail store. We need a friendly professional team player with a positive attitude who is highly self motivated with the ability to multi-task and follow through to completion as expected. Must have exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and must be able to provide excellent customer service. This position requires a detailed oriented individual with excellent organization and strong customer service skills. Professional attitude and appearance is a must at all times. References are needed for this position.

Required Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma +
• Optical Experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Must have exceptional communication skills and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of contact lenses and training patients with proper care. Job

Compensation

:

• Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to patients and ensuring that orders arrive in a timely manner and are to the specification of the of the patient.
• Prepare work order for Optical Lab to process.
• Replenishing stock as needed in Optical.
• Take proper optical measurements of patient for eyeglass fitting and guide patients with selecting frames.
