ReNewIt by Kurtis is growing, and we're looking for experienced in-home sales professionals to join our expanding cabinet refacing & refinishing division across Metro Detroit. We're a third-generation, family-owned remodeling company with over 55 years in business , and we're actively looking for strong closers who want the opportunity to earn big and grow with a trusted brand.

Compensation

• 100% Commission Uncapped earning potential
• Top performers earn $125,000$185,000+ annually
• Strong performers earn exactly what they produce no cap, no ceiling

What You'll Do

• Run warm, pre-set in-home appointments scheduled by our call center
• Conduct design-focused consultations with homeowners
• Present cabinet refacing and refinishing solutions
• Close deals during the first visit
• Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of outside or in-home sales experience with proven closing ability
• Comfortable with one-call closes in the home
• Confident using iPad / digital sales tools
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle light physical activity during appointments Preferred Experience
• Home improvement or remodeling sales
• Kitchen & bath sales
• Any high-ticket, in-home sales environment Schedule
• Full-time
• 5 days per week
