Your focus is converting warm, assigned pilot accounts into long- term customers through disciplined, evidence-based selling. The ideal candidate is commercially rigorous, analytical, and comfortable navigating safety, operations, and procurement stakeholders in industrial environments.

- Present before-and-after operational metrics, incident reduction data, risk reduction evidence, and training compliance results in a commercially compelling way
- Build tailored business cases using account-specific pilot results and operational outcomes

- Maintain disciplined CRM accuracy, deal stage progression, and documentation in HubSpot
- Provide clear weekly deal status updates to the Coordinator Lead
- Escalate strategically important accounts to Sales Leadership when executive-level engagement is appropriate

- Demonstrated success converting qualified or warm opportunities into commercial agreements
- Experience selling into industrial, safety, manufacturing, distribution, or related operational environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes involving operations, safety, procurement, and leadership
- Experience using ROI data, operational metrics, financial analysis, or risk reduction evidence as part of the sales process
- Experience selling into the U.S. market; Midwest industrial corridor experience is a strong asset
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM with strong deal-stage discipline Core Competencies Successful candidates will bring:
- Evidence-based selling ability: You can translate operational data into a clear business case

You will not be expected to prospect for new leads or manage channel partner relationships.
