Overview

ERA Real Estate Professionals, founded in 1996, is a veteran owned and operated real estate franchise serving the Hampton Roads region of Virginia and North eastern North Carolina. We are passionate about serving our community, where we are honored to help military personnel, first time home- buyers, and everyone in between on a daily basis. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your expertise in negotiation and knowledge of real estate law will be essential in guiding clients through the complexities of the real estate market. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong commitment to customer service.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct market research to determine property values and trends
• Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide guidance on real estate law and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or real estate preferred
• Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
• Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is highly desirable
• Strong marketing skills to effectively promote properties
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client needs
• Previous real estate administrative experience is an advantage

Compensation

: commission-based. Agents are independent contractors and earn a percentage of each closed sale. Brokerage proides training, leads, and support, but there is no guaranteed salary or hourly pay. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
