The Daniel Valdez Team is a growing, high-producing real estate team based in Roseville, CA. We are part of the Zillow Flex Program and receive a steady flow of high-intent buyer leads. We're looking to add a motivated, phone- confident agent who enjoys converting online leads into real clients and appointments. Job

Overview

We're looking for an agent who is confident on the phone, comfortable with online leads, and enjoys building relationships. You'll be responding quickly to inbound buyer leads, having quality conversations, and setting appointments. This role is ideal for someone who understands speed-to-lead, follow-up, and internet lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with online buyer leads
• Build rapport and have meaningful conversations
• Set appointments and update CRM notes
• Follow up consistently with new and existing leads
• Use provided scripts (or your own) to guide conversations
• Maintain organized lead statuses inside the CRM
• Communicate with the team as needed What We Provide

• 15+Zillow buyer leads a month, seller leads upon performance
• Transaction Management
• Follow Up Boss CRM with automations and smart follow-up tools
• Scripts, training, and ongoing support
• Collaborative team environment
• Flexible schedule (office-based, hybrid options available) Earning and Production Potential
• Quarter 1 Sales Volume $15,000,000 for 2026
• 12 escrows closed for the month of March
• 8 escrows closed for the month of February
• Average agents are closing 2-3 deals a month with Top Performers closing 3-5 deals a month What We're Looking For
• Active California Real Estate License
• Full time (preferred)
• Experience working online leads (Google PPC, Zillow, [please apply online] Facebook, etc.) preferred
• Strong phone communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable calling, texting, and engaging buyers quickly
• Motivated, reliable, and organized
• CRM experience (Follow Up Boss or Lofty a plus)

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Agents who are consistent and strong on the phone have high earning potential.
