The Entry Level Sales Manager engages with customers to demonstrate how Verizon Fios internet, home connectivity, wireless, and TV solutions can enhance their daily lives. As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you'll begin with account management and sales training on Verizon's solutions. After training, the Entry Level Sales Manager oversees accounts from start to finish, handling every detail to ensure customers are supported. • Build rapport with customers by introducing Verizon Fios high-speed fiber internet as well as Verizon wireless and TV services that improve how households stay connected, work, and stream.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover customer needs and recommend the right combination of fiber internet, home internet, wireless, and entertainment services.
• Present Verizon's Fios internet speeds, reliability, streaming capabilities, and smart home connectivity in simple, persuasive language that resonates with a variety of customers.
• Maintain organized account records while identifying opportunities to expand customer accounts with additional Verizon internet, wireless, or TV services.
• Guide customers through internet enrollments, wireless activations, and account setup while answering questions about billing, installation, devices, and available promotions.
• Strengthen account management skills by delivering a seamless customer experience and educating customers on the long-term value of Verizon's connectivity solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage future upgrades, referrals, and additional Verizon service opportunities. Preferred Skills for the Entry Level Sales Manager
