Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes, benefits administration, and customer service best practices.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques, telemarketing strategies, and HIPAA regulations related to customer privacy when applicable.
• Ability to work independently in outside environments while maintaining professional conduct and presentation.
