Physician Liaison Cardiovascular medicine practice in Silver Spring, MD is in need of a Physician Liaison. The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with referring physicians and their staff to promote referral growth and enhance patient and physician satisfaction. This role supports the marketing and outreach initiatives by providing educational materials, updates on cardiovascular services, and ensuring clear communication between referring providers and the organization. The Physician Liaison will conduct regular face-to-face visits with physicians and their staff, serve as a point of contact for referral-related communication, and assist with the coordination and retrieval of patient documentation between offices when necessary. This position plays a key role in ensuring that organizational customer service standards and referral growth objectives are consistently met. Education, Experience and Skills Required for the Physician Liaison:

• High school education required. College degree or college level coursework in marketing, healthcare administration or related subject matter preferred.
• Two or more years of healthcare marketing, physician outreach, or a related field required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong marketing and outreach capabilities
• Ability to execute an educational marketing plan aligned with organizational goals
• Ability to identify potential referring physicians and develop professional rapport
• Ability to analyze referral patterns and physician referral data
• Ability to identify opportunities for physician office in-services and educational programs
• Must have reliable transportation, laptop and cell phone. Salary range: $70 - 90k plus transporation allowance plus other expense reimbursement. Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
